Designing with Amazon Alexa
Main roles: lead designer, UX strategist, voice interaction researcher, conducted user testing, and collaborated with developers for implementation.
As voice interfaces are becoming increasingly common, it’s crucial to make them more conversational and user-centered. As voice interactions evolve and become more specialized, designers must expand their skillsets to include these interactions.
I had the opportunity to design a specialized Alexa Skill for a front desk check-in system utilizing Natural Language Processing and Voice Interaction design methods.
The Alexa Skill I helped design was put to use as an internal tool for the office. I am exited about the future use of voice in several cases and integrations and I believe it is a very powerful tool that all designers should be able to create experiences for.

Specialized Software Redesign
Main roles: delivered an updated design library pattern system, new UI/UX patterns, strategy and research sessions, and client engagement
Modernized the interface and interactions of the internal software for NGC- the world's largest grading service for collectible coins.
I analyzed an antiquated system, and gave it a much needed update- making the time consuming and detailed process of grading coins more seamless and efficient.

Main roles: delivered an updated design library pattern system, new UI/UX patterns, strategy and research sessions, and client engagement
Modernized the interface and interactions of the internal software for NGC- the world's largest grading service for collectible coins.
